Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products and databases

Because databases, downloadable digital products and certain lead products can be delivered electronically and may be accessed or copied after delivery, orders are generally non-returnable once delivery or access has occurred, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved under this policy.

2. Incorrect or materially defective delivery

If the delivered product materially differs from the agreed specification, is technically inaccessible, or contains a material delivery error attributable to ESYLeads, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and evidence. We may investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction, credit or refund.

3. Campaign leads

Lead-generation campaigns are services. Results can vary by market, offer, audience, platform and campaign conditions. A lead campaign does not guarantee sales, revenue, appointments or conversion unless a written order specifically states otherwise. Campaign cancellation and refund terms should be agreed in the applicable quotation/order.

4. Marketing services

For digital marketing services, fees for work already performed, media spend already incurred and third-party costs are generally non-refundable. Any unused prepaid service amount may be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement.

5. Duplicate or unusable leads

Where a package includes a replacement policy, duplicate, invalid or otherwise disqualified leads must be reported within the stated replacement window and supported by the required evidence. The exact replacement criteria will be specified in the relevant order or package.

6. Cancellation

Requests to cancel before delivery or before campaign/service commencement may be considered subject to the order terms and costs already incurred. Once a digital product has been delivered/accessed, cancellation is generally not available except where required by law.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to goods and services bought or sold through digital/electronic networks, including digital products. By using this website or purchasing an ESYLeads product/service, you agree to use the website and products lawfully and in accordance with the applicable order terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use ESYLeads products for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, unlawful discrimination, deception, prohibited communications or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Service information

Descriptions, availability, sample records, campaign performance illustrations and marketing materials are informational unless expressly incorporated into a written order. Actual results may vary.

Third-party platforms

Advertising services may depend on Meta, Google, hosting providers, payment processors and other third parties. Their availability and policies are outside ESYLeads' control.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, software and original materials belong to Autarch Technologies or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
